What God Would Want From Me

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
Jeremiah 29:11

Lately I've been thinking about my Christian faith and how it has changed me through the years. I always ask somebody or myself questions about God, faith, the Bible and other things and I usually get some answers. I am also asking myself what God wants from me.

Well, he wants me to be kinder and more loving and less hateful, and always reaching out to others in need of things and helping others out. The big idea? God gives me all of my ideas. He tells me and helps me of the songs I should write, He reminds me what short/chapter stories I should write and He also gives me new ideas. But then He also wants me to follow His commandments, which I do.

God has really done a lot for me throughout my years as a Christian. I used to attend Christ Mertz Lutheran Church but now I attend Grace Bible Fellowship Church, which has the same Christian beliefs like I do. I'm open minded towards some things, but I'm also against others. I'm against porn, killing, teen pregnancy, abortion, profanity, drugs and violence, taking the Lord's name in vain and prostitution.

Anyway, so that's what God wants me to do. Be more loving in my heart and try to do the good things.
